Green Park Apartment homes are offered at affordable rents, with eligibility based on total household income. To qualify, your income must fall within the maximum limits shown below. Program requirements may also apply and be subject to income restrictions.

Household size includes all occupants, regardless of age. For households with more than 4 members, please email greenpark@enterpriseresidential.org.

Application Review

All applications are reviewed using the same resident selection criteria, including verification of income and assets, landlord references, and standard background screening for all household members age 18 and older, in accordance with applicable laws and program requirements.

Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of $25 per adult (age 18 or older) is required at the time of application.
